QuoteMic Terms of Use
QuoteMic is a quoting tool for contractors and service businesses. These terms describe the current product. They do not invent guarantees that the software does not make.
The service
QuoteMic helps you turn a spoken or typed job description into a quote using your own Price Book. Catalog prices and totals come from your Price Book and QuoteMic’s calculator, not from the language model.
Accounts
You may use QuoteMic anonymously. Optional Sign in with Apple (always on iOS) or Google Sign-In (Android) links the same user so you can restore businesses, Price Books, quotes, and a subscription on another device. A verified email that is not an Apple Hide My Email address can join those sign-in methods onto one QuoteMic user. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Quotes and PDFs
Quotes are drafts until you review them. A customer PDF is generated on your device from stored quote values. QuoteMic does not promise that a quote will be accepted, legally sufficient, or tax-complete for your jurisdiction.
Subscriptions
The free plan currently allows 3 lifetime quotes. Existing quotes, your Price Book, sharing, and account tools remain available after that cap. QuoteMic Pro removes the quote-creation limit. Prices, introductory offers, and billing periods are charged and displayed by Apple or Google, not by QuoteMic directly. Subscription status is confirmed by QuoteMic’s servers. Refunds and billing disputes follow the store’s rules. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until cancelled in the App Store or Google Play account settings.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another business’s data, or interfere with billing or authentication.
