Delete your QuoteMic account
QuoteMic can be used without a public login. If you only used the app anonymously on one phone, deleting the app does not by itself erase server records. Use in-app deletion or email us so we can identify the account.
Delete in the app
- Open QuoteMic.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm. This works for the data on this device even if you never signed in.
- If you previously linked Sign in with Apple (iPhone) or Google (Android) on another device, sign in on this device first so Delete account removes that linked account.
You can keep using QuoteMic without signing in. Sign-in is optional and is used to restore work across devices.
What is deleted
Account deletion removes:
- the QuoteMic user
- linked Google or Apple identities
- businesses you own
- customers, Price Books, quotes, quote versions, and quote events
- AI run records and product usage events for that user
- subscription and entitlement rows for those businesses
- support messages stored for that user
Deletion is not instant if you email a request: we delete or restrict records we can match after we identify the account. In-app Delete account removes the authenticated user’s records when that request succeeds. App installations are disconnected from the deleted user. A limited audit record of the deletion may remain, with the user identifier cleared. QuoteMic does not claim a separate legal retention period beyond operating the product. Store subscriptions must be cancelled in Apple or Google account settings.
Request by email
If you cannot use the in-app control, email quotemic@ai-capital.info from a contact address on the account, or include enough business details for us to identify the records. We will delete or restrict data we can match to you.
